This manual is prepared in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA). The purpose of this manual is to provide information on the records held by Tseleme Cares Foundation NPC and the procedure to request access to those records.

Proof of identity may be required where access to personal information is requested.
7. Fees
A prescribed fee may be payable before processing a request, as allowed under PAIA. The requester will be informed of any applicable fees before the request is processed.

Access to records may be refused where disclosure would:

- Breach confidentiality agreements
- Compromise security or operational integrity
- Conflict with legal or regulatory obligations
9. Protection of Personal Information
