We were originally founded in 2013 as the Tseleme Social Club by a dedicated group of young professionals from the North West Province. To scale our impact, we formally registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) in 2023 under registration number NPC2023/507357/08.

Our core mission is to support disadvantaged and vulnerable learners by providing full school uniforms, shoes, and essential educational support. We believe that by restoring hope and dignity, we can improve day-to-day school attendance and promote education as a catalyst for social transformation.

Since 2016, we have successfully supported over 700 learners across multiple provinces, including the North West, Northern Cape, and Mpumalanga. Our beneficiary schools include primary schools in areas such as Leeudoringstad, Lichtenburg, Pampierstad, Kuruman, Rustenburg, Klerksdorp, Mahikeng, Delareyville, and Witbank.

Our primary fundraising mechanism is our annual flagship initiative: the Dress-A-Schoolchild Charity Par-Tee Golf Day. All proceeds raised through this platform are directly allocated toward purchasing uniforms, shoes, tracksuits, shirts, and socks for underprivileged children.

Partnering with us allows organizations to enhance their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) impact, strengthen community relations, and participate in sustainable youth empowerment. It provides a transparent track record for businesses looking to direct Corporate Social Investment (CSI) partnerships toward impactful educational support.

Tseleme Cares Foundation is directed and governed accountably by a leadership panel consisting of Gaotlolwe I. Rampai, Lentikile J. Mokonopi, Kgosana J. Selebalo, Goitseone E. Motsamai, and Bonolo C. Modise.

Our foundation operates strictly on the principles of Compassion, Integrity (remaining transparent and ethical in all initiatives), Ubuntu (collective responsibility), Empowerment, and Sustainable Community Development.
